Instruction for meditation

− Find a comfortable and relaxed seating position,
− Close your eyes,
− Feel how your feet make contact with the ground,
− Perceive your breath, how it is entering and leaving your body,
− Let all of your thoughts go and float away,
− Via your breath you open up to calmness and relaxation,
− Feel the connection of your body to the seating surface and the ground,
− Your muscles relax,
− Via your breath invite calmness and peace to flood through your body,
− You follow your breath with your attention into your heart chakra, the centre of your unconditional love in the middle of your chest,
− Feel the power of love and joy in you and
− Imagine how the light of your love shines inside your heart chakra,
− The light becomes stronger and stronger and expands from your heart chakra throughout your whole body,
− The light of your love permeates and infuses all parts of your body, all of your cells and flows into your aura,
− The light of love floods all aspects of your being until you are fully immersed and surrounded by the light of your love,
− With your love, you now invite the energy of the collective meditation,
− Connect to this energy and open up to its light and love
− …………………………………………………………………………………………

− Allow this energy to expand into all of your being,
− You finish the meditation by concentrating again on the light in your centre whilst staying expanded,
− Gently dive back into your body, feel your breath…..
− Observe how it is coming and going and…follow it to the surface of your consciousness…
− You fully arrive in the here and now and open your eyes.
